Emily Mahon is an artist and set designer from North West England. She studied Fine Art and Production Arts at Priestley College and graduated from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts with a BA (Hons) in Theatre & Performance Design. She is a recipient of the Linbury Prize 2025.
Her work spans across both stage and screen, with a focus on set design, scenic art, model making, illustration and puppetry. Emily loves using her craft to create tactile worlds that are rich in detail and texture. Finding quiet poetry in the small and unassuming, she hopes to evoke curiosity and encourage audiences to look closer.
